Welcome to Healing Voices.
Healing Voices is a Christian faith-based brand operated by Bluecrest Angels Care Services LLC (“Healing Voices,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
We operate this website and online store, including the information, content, features, products, services, and tools made available through it (collectively, the “Services”).
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products and Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, and Services.
By visiting our website, browsing our store, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use our Services.

Healing Voices offers faith-inspired products that may include apparel, accessories, gifts, stationery, drinkware, and other merchandise.
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, artwork, dimensions, and other product details as accurately as possible.
However, the actual appearance of a product may vary slightly from photographs or digital mockups because of differences in screen displays, lighting, printing, manufacturing processes, materials, product batches, or other factors.
Slight variations in color, positioning, size, printing, or finishing may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Product descriptions, designs, prices, specifications, and availability may be updated or changed without prior notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available for purchase at any time.
Certain products may be made to order, customized, or personalized. Any special return or cancellation restrictions applicable to such products will be disclosed in the applicable product description or Refund Policy.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in your order.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary.
We may cancel or limit orders for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or orders that appear to have been placed for unauthorized resale.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue any applicable refund to the original payment method.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order enters processing or production, we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellation requests.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
Unless otherwise stated, displayed product prices may not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, customs fees, or other charges.

If a material pricing error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you regarding the error or cancel the affected order and issue an applicable refund.
Promotional offers, discount codes, and sales may be subject to separate conditions and expiration dates.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, order volume, production schedule, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Healing Voices is not responsible for delays or delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.
Once an order has been transferred to the applicable shipping carrier, delivery may be subject to the carrier’s procedures and policies.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Eligible regular Healing Voices products may be returned in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise stated in that policy, eligible products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, with applicable tags and original packaging.
Items customized or personalized specifically for an individual customer may be considered final sale and may not be eligible for return or exchange, except where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
Items clearly identified as Final Sale and gift cards are not eligible for return except where required by law.

SECTION 7 — DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, contact Healing Voices as soon as reasonably possible at:

Please include your order number and sufficient information regarding the problem. Photographs may be requested where reasonably necessary to evaluate a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Once reviewed, we will work with you toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

The Healing Voices name, logos, branding, original artwork, graphics, photographs, product designs, written content, prayers, devotional content, videos, audio, website design, and other original materials appearing through our Services are owned by Healing Voices, Bluecrest Angels Care Services LLC, or their applicable licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by law or with our prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, republish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our protected content.
Purchasing a Healing Voices product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design, logo, written content, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual-property rights associated with that product.
You may purchase and use our products for personal purposes, including giving them as gifts.
You may not reproduce our designs or use our intellectual property to manufacture, sell, market, or distribute unauthorized products.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or a license to use the Healing Voices name, branding, logos, designs, or other intellectual property except as expressly authorized by us in writing.
SECTION 9 — FAITH-BASED AND DEVOTIONAL CONTENT
Healing Voices is a Christian faith-based brand.
Our products and Services may contain Bible verses, prayers, devotionals, affirmations, encouragement, inspirational messages, and other faith-based content.
Such content is provided for spiritual encouragement, inspiration, and general informational purposes.
Healing Voices does not represent that devotional or inspirational content constitutes medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Where Scripture quotations or translations belonging to third parties are used, applicable rights, acknowledgments, and permissions remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

You agree to use our website and Services only for lawful purposes.

Our online store is hosted through Shopify.
Shopify provides technology that enables us to operate our online store, but purchases of Healing Voices products are transactions between you and Healing Voices unless expressly stated otherwise.
